One of the most effective ways to improve the living conditions of people in the developing world in the long term, is to train leaders. By helping leaders to become better at leading their people, whole communities could be changed for the better. To achieve this goal, The Leadership Chart was developed by Dr Jaco Beukes. This leadership training tool has been translated into Swahili and presented to local leaders in Tanzania.
You can help to change a whole community for the better by investing in the training of their leader. You could do this by donating to Loving by Giving and using “Leaders” as your reference. To train one leader costs approximately £50.

Loving by Giving has been helping with the construction of several churches and community centres in Romania and Tanzania over the last few years. These buildings play a major role in building the infrastructure and empowering local charities and churches to reach out to their communities and provide practical as well as emotional help. These centres are often used to address the needs of people in poverty and to train and educate people in essential skills.
